| Pastoral Advisory Committees |

Sacred Heart has four standing committees or councils that have been established to advise the pastor on matters of policy concerning the parish. Membership in these groups is either by appointment by the pastor (Finance Council, Liturgy Committee, and Stewardship Committee) or a combination of election by parishioners and appointment by the pastor (Pastoral Council). Finance Council: The purpose of the Finance Council is to assist the pastor in the management of parish resources in order to carry out the identified missions of the parish.
Liturgy Committee: Members of this committee work with the pastor and the director of liturgy to plan and execute public worship at Sacred Heart.
Pastoral Council:l The council, representing the entire parish, acts as a consultative body to the pastor, assessing the parish's current and future needs and ascertaining the direction of Sacred Heart.
Stewardship Committee: The mission of the Stewardship Committee is to create a welcoming and hospitable environment whereby all parishioners, both old and new, have a sense not only of belonging to the parish but also of ownership of our parish as well.
